However, the current draft &lt;br /&gt;would also gut the state’s safeguards on new nuclear reactors. Most &lt;br /&gt;significantly, the bill would completely remove the requirement for a &lt;br /&gt;national nuclear waste repository, before new nuclear reactors can be &lt;br /&gt;built here.     &lt;td&gt;&lt;div class="content"&gt;Madison VFP will again erect a somber memorial to the more than 4,000 US dead in the Iraqi-Afghanistan wars. Volunteers will be needed both to assemble additional tombstones in
mid-May, as well as to erect the stones on Sunday morning. Volunteers will also be
needed to to answer questions about the project and to provide a
neighborhood watch at the site each night to safeguard against
