Peace Vigils at the Malls - East Town Mall

Join us to protest the illegal and immoral wars in Iraq and Afghanistan! The peace movement has made huge gains in the last year and the war in Iraq is now very unpopular. So, come on down to the Peace Vigil at East Towne Mall to experience the excitement of hearing all the “Honks for Peace” from passing motorists showing their support for the Peace Movement. We can provide signs or bring your own. This is an inspiring and family friendly event! Everyone is welcome and bring a friend. The Peace Vigils have been a monthly event for over a year and continue to re-new our enthusiasm for the Anti-War Movement. Help us count at least 300-400 Honks for Peace and Impeachment in one hour!

The Peace Vigils at the Malls occur every third Saturday of the month and alternate between East Towne Mall and West Towne Mall. The next Peace Vigil will be held at West Towne Mall at the intersection of
