School Board Picket & Testimony Night: No Army Ads in Madison Schools Join a picket before the school board meeting to voice opposition to the army ads in the schools. Stay to testify to the school board. This is the night of the regular school board meeting. Tell the Madison School Board that you want an end to the ads for the U.S. Army that have just appeared in the high school gyms and the stadiums of the Madison Metro School District. Bring a sign to carry in the picket outside at 5:30pm. Stay for the School Board meeting at 7pm. Members of the public are allowed three minutes to make a statement. Get the Pentagon's poison message and its money out of our public schools. |
