Talk by Human Rights Leader on "Participation of Civil Society in Columbia's Peacebuilding"

Speaker Ana Teresa Bernal Montanez is a national coordinator of the National Network of Citizens' Initiatives for Peace and Against War, a civil society umbrella organization that brings together various isolation peace groups of youth, women and indigenous people committed to ending the violence in Columbia. In 1997, she worked on a campaign which gained 10 million votes in a non-binding peace referendum.
